Application:
Rubber grade stearic acid is commonly used in tire manufacturing as an activator in the vulcanization process of tires, as a lubricating agent during the mixing and processing of rubber compounds, as an assistant in the dispersion of fillers, such as carbon black or silica, in the rubber matrix and contributes to the prevention of premature aging and degradation of the tire.
