Application
Potassium hydroxide (KOH) is a strong alkali commonly used in various industries, but its application in glove manufacturing is limited. However, it can be used as a cleaning agent or surface preparation solution in glove manufacturing facilities, adjusting the pH of certain glove materials or coatings, or it can be used as a catalyst in the vulcanization process of certain glove materials.
